World Health Organization head has said that it has received a response from the country of China on Saturday on dispatch of an international mission lead by World Health Organization to deal with the new virus which has emerged in the country.
TedrosGhebreyesus has said that the team leader is going to be leaving on Monday or on Tuesday and is going to be followed by the rest of experts. Asked about whether the members of the CDC from United States are going to be a part in the team, he said that he did hope so.
Tedros has not named who the leader is going to be or about the rest of the team and has not given any of the further details saying that it is going to be publicized when they are ready.
The prime minister of Singapore has urged the citizens to be calm after there was a panic buying wave which had emptied a lot of the shelves of supermarket of essential goods after the government had raised the levels of alert for this new virus.
Pictures have on social media showed that people flocking for buying the canned food, toilet paper as well as the instant noodles from the supermarkets.
On Social Media, the Prime Minister has said that there isn’t any need for panic as there are enough supplies and they are not going to lock the city down or confine the people to stay at home.
