Delta feels Boeing must keep innovating despite 737max.

Delta Airlines has the second most fleet of commercial planes around the world. Over half of these planes are the Boeing Aircrafts however Delta is not flying the 737 Max which has been grounded.

The CEO of Delta, Ed Bastian has said that they are looking forward to seeing the Max fly again. He said on Wednesday that the period for which Boeing has been out is not something that is good for anybody in the industry as they need Boeing to keep innovating and keep coming up with the future technology-based planes.

He has further said that this is going to be his message to Boeing. He feels they should not be taking their eye away from the future. Boeing, he feels is distracted as they are trying to win the approval from the regulators in order to return the 737max back to its flight.

Boeing has at this precarious time seen the crash of one of its planes of the Ukraine International Airlines in Iran. Bastian has called that the crash has been tragic and like so many in these airlines industry has looked to the Boeing for getting through these current challenges and be getting this technology and the aircrafts of the next generation that they need to continue for providing of the advance opportunities of growth.

Bastian has a plan for the growth of Delta which importantly requires the removal of hassles and stress for the experience of passengers in the flight. He has become the first CEO of an airlines who has delivered a speech at the CES in Las Vegas while showing the technical advancement made by his company for the achieving of its goals.
